Return & Refund Policy — Princess by Buthaina
Exchange Policy We accept exchanges within 3 working days of receiving your order, for UAE customers only.
All exchange requests must meet the following conditions:
- Item must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
- Original tags must be attached
- Item must be in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
Non-Exchangeable Items The following items are not eligible for exchange:
- Custom-made or altered items
- Sale or discounted items
- Items that have been worn or damaged after delivery

We will guide you through the exchange process and confirm availability of the replacement item.
Shipping Costs for Exchanges The customer is responsible for all shipping costs, including both the return of the original item and the delivery of the replacement item within the UAE.
