Processing Time All orders are processed within 7–10 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping within the UAE Standard delivery: 2–4 business days.

Gulf Region Shipping (KSA, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman) Standard delivery: 10–14 business days

Shipping Rates Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method.

Cash on Delivery (COD) COD is available for UAE orders.

Order Tracking Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp or email.

Delays Princess by Buthaina is not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or courier issues beyond our control.
